Pelvic Therapy Specialists is a pelvic-only clinic in Boulder, founded in 2008. We built it as the opposite of a general PT practice that tacks pelvic health onto an orthopedic mill.

The clinic is cash-pay and out-of-network so therapists can treat one patient at a time, set visit length by clinical need, and finish documentation during the workday.

What does not change here:

• You treat pelvic diagnoses all day, with other pelvic therapists. You are not the isolated add-on at an ortho clinic.
• Care is one-on-one. Visit length follows the patient, not a billing quota.
• Complex cases are shared with the team. You are not on an island.
• Continuing education, in-services, and outside courses hosted in the clinic.
• The schedule is built so this work is sustainable. Charting is finished before you leave.
