We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join us—not just to answer phones, but to be the heartbeat of our front office and a true partner in our mission.

  • Competitive Pay: $18.80 - $23.25/hour (Dependent on experience).
  • Double Bonus Opportunity: We reward your impact. You are eligible for our Annual Team Incentive Plan (approx. 3% target) plus a weekly PCC Performance Bonus

  • Time to Recharge (Full-Time): We value your well-being. Start with 3 Weeks (15 Days) of PTO per year. We reward longevity, increasing this to 17 days at year 2 and 4 weeks (20 days) at year 5.
  • Health & Wellness (Full-Time): We pay 50% of your Health Insurance premium (Employee Only) and offer Dental and Vision plans.

The Role: Connection Meets Competence
This position is perfect for someone who loves building relationships but also takes pride in running a tight ship. As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the entire patient experience.

  • Be a Patient Advocate: Many of our patients are navigating sensitive, intimate health challenges. You will provide the warm, unshakeable welcome that makes them feel safe and ready to heal.
  • Orchestrate the Schedule: You will manage the clinic’s calendar along with other PCCs to maximize patient access, filling gaps and overseeing our automated waitlist software so our therapists can focus on care.
  • Collaborate & Grow: You aren’t just a worker bee; you are a voice at the table. You will participate in weekly management meetings, offering ideas to improve our clinic flow.
  • Master the Details: From closing nervous patients to managing intake forms, your attention to detail ensures our operations run smoothly. Note we use a simplified revenue model and there are very minimal colleciton duties.

  • Operational Strength: You enjoy structure and processes. You are comfortable with technology (EMR/Scheduling systems) and rarely let a detail slip through the cracks.
